phenomenal movie. I’ve gotta say John Forte is an amazing artist. Collaborating with Russian talents like in this movie, you can be exposed to the beauty and allure of such a vast country such as Russia. Me Gusta.

Nice. To me today’s race was a more challenging direction because you have that long hill up the west side. Followed by Harlem. Followed by Bitch Ass Bitch hill and the the last leg is up that gradual slope. Way to own it!!

Taking on the 10k Today
I’m going to make this brief only because I know how I can be excessive in writing. So here it goes.
I feel awesome today because I shaved about 6 minutes off my last year’s time on the Scotland 10k. Why did this happen? 1. I rested well 2. Proper nutrition/fuel 3. good attitude 4. made it to the park when I wanted to with good company (My Daddy).
